Menstruation and Moons
When we get our period, our internal Moon is in the New phase.
The internal archetype in this phase is the Witch or Elder.
The internal archetype interacts with the archetype of each phase of the external Moon, bringing us different insights and experiences that, when identified and lived with awareness and intuition, can be powerful tools for our self-development.

Witch or Elder
The energy of death and rebirth is present both in the menstrual phase and in this Lunar phase. By delving into your darkness and silence, allow the death of what no longer makes sense, fertilizing the soil with blood to plant the new.
External Moon: Waxing
Maiden
We connect with our childhood and youth. We can then access patterns, beliefs, and traumas to be examined and healed. Internally, we are connected to the archetypes of the Witch/Elder, so it is important that we allow "her" to find and join the Maiden.
External Moon: Waning
Sorceress
We access the archetype of the sorceress. Inner diving, intense healings, access to internal shadows becomes very intense during this period.
A time of much self-knowledge.

Mother
Menstruating in this phase, we access a strong healing energy and connection with our mother-daughter relationship.
A moment of great psychic potential.
