Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy uses Yoga techniques to support improvement, recovery, stabilization, and in some cases, the healing of physical and mental disorders or illnesses.

This branch of Yoga is contemporary, and although it is not mentioned in ancient scriptures, Yoga Therapy has been embraced even within the oldest and most traditional Yoga lineages in India.

This practice addresses a wide range of physical and mental needs and conditions, including more complex and delicate health situations.

It is important to highlight that Yoga Therapy does not replace, interfere with, or oppose conventional medical approaches. Rather, it complements them, supporting well-being and helping to maximize the outcomes of allopathic medical treatments.

Pre & Post Natal Yoga

Pregnancy and postpartum period are times of profound and often indescribable emotions in a woman’s life. Beyond the romanticized view, there is a body constantly adapting to all the changes required to create and give birth to a new life.

Hormonal shifts and changes in daily routine are intense, often leading to physical and mental discomfort, as well as significant emotional and mood fluctuations.

Pre- and Postnatal Yoga aims to support the restoration and maintenance of balance across these aspects. It helps to relieve discomfort, build strength, improve flexibility, and increase self-awareness and grounding, contributing to a safer and healthier birth experience.

Additionally, it fosters a deeper connection with your baby during and after pregnancy, supports faster physical recovery, and promotes emotional stability in the postpartum period.
